Terms of Service

General Info

- My art is digital, not printed.- I will always send you a sketch, so be alert to your messages. You can change small details in the WIP. After that, I'll make the changes if needed, but the drawing will NOT be updated after it's complete.- I'll wait 48 hours for your response, if you don't answer in the meanwhile, I'll proceed with the drawing. (I know personal life issues can affect, but I really need to optimize my time as much as I can, sorry if it sounds impatient or rude ;-; ).- When the piece is finished, I'll send you the end result before uploading it. (I may or not upload the piece).- My commissions are for personal use only. Please don't use it for commercial use without asking me. If your objective is to use it for commercial use, the price may be waaaay higher.- I can increase the price if the drawing is too complex.- I can reject your order if I don't feel comfortable with it.- I won't draw in any style that isn't mine.- Usually, I change the character's color palette to fit my style a bit better, a very slight change. But, if you want the exact colors, please tell me in the "Any important information" section of the commission form.- My style variates with time, as I'm always trying to improve, so maybe your commission can be a bit different from the samples in my gallery.- In any case, check out my gallery to be sure of what you're paying for.- By commissioning me, you accept all you read in this T.O.S.

AS THE ARTIST I CAN:- Upload the commission anywhere, always crediting you as the owner of the character.- Promote myself with the drawing.AS THE COMMISSIONER YOU CAN:- Repost the art always crediting me as the artist.- Use the art as decoration of any social media page/avatar, if it's only for personal use.- Print or use on merchandise, only for personal use either.YOU CAN'T:- Change or modify my drawings without my permission.- Use it for commercial use (make money) - VTUBER MODELS ARE THE ONLY EXCEPTION.- Take credit for my art.

BACKGROUNDS

- Simple backgrounds are already included in the commission prices.- Complex backgrounds will be charged extra.

PAYMENT

- I only accept Paypal.- Payment can be done all after the first sketch, or half after the first sketch and half at the end, before delivering the final piece.- Paypal payments must be done using dollars.- I'll always request the payment, so please wait for my message and invoice.- There are no refunds, sorry.
